Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby grant the consent to Albatros Media a.s., with the registered office at Na Pankráci 30, 140 00 Prague, IN 283 77 141, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert No. 14206 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller" or "Our Company" ) within the meaning of Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) to process your personal data in the range:

2. Your email address can be processed on the basis of the consent granted by you to send business announcements - you will be the first to be informed about our news and discounts. We will process these data for a period of 5 years from the date of such consent.

3. If you no longer like to receive some business announcements or other news information on our product and service portfolio from us from time to time, you have the opportunity to raise objection against further processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you do so, we will no longer process your data for this purpose, and we will not send you any other business announcements or newsletters.

4. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. Provision of personal data is voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to or a letter to our headquarters.

5. The processing of personal data is carried out by our company. However, the personal data may be processed for our company by other processors - providers of processing software, services, and applications, who our company cooperates with and has entered into personal data processing agreements. 6. Please note, according to Regulation you have the:

• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) • Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to not to be a subject of automated individual decision-making, including profiling
• Right to file a complaint with the Office of Personal Data Protection
